Proper Diet Chart For Skinny Girls To Gain Weight

We all want to look slim and beautiful with a perfect body mass.
A fit body not only enhance our personality but also increase confidence which is very important in achieving goals. Some girls become worries that why they are so much Skinny what she need to do to increase her body weight for perfect figure .So, here is my basic diet tips I wants to share with you . And I think it will helps you alot.😊

Step1. Wakeup at 6 'o' clock in morning because getting up early gives you a kick start for the day ahead .It will boosts up your speed ,you will feel more energetic. It also keeps away stress .Whole day you will feel physically and mentally fit and healthy.

Step 2. Drink at least two glass of water in morning . It improves digestion ,provide glowing skin ,removes toxins from blood . It helps to create new blood and muscle cells and also remove unnecessary fat . We need to drink one glass of water in every hour.

Step 3. Eat two bananas and a glass of milk because banana with milk is a great option for body builders and people who wish to gain weight and need energy for hight intensity work . Don't blend banana and milk they have their own properties that benefits our health and blending of both may kill those properties.

Step 4. Do some daily exercises at least for 1hour . Exercise reduces stress , anxiety ,increase metabolism of body , increase bone density ,helps you to sleep better and provide energy for whole day work. To gain weight you need to do exercise like headstand , fish pose ,dumbbell squarts and straight leg dead lifts .

But do these exercises after getting training from professional trainers.

Step 5. After taking bath take some healthy breakfast like poha , oats sprouts which should be loaded with healthy vegetables .

Step 6. On lunch time take at least three multigrain chapatis with vegetables,buttermilk and salad because these are natural source of fibre. These reduce bad cholesterol helps to control blood sugar level and provide healthy weight to body.

Step 7 . At noon time take some fruits because fruits give you beautiful and glowing skin , increase amount of haemoglobin in blood which prevent various skin problems.

Step 8. In dinner take either chapatis or rice with vegetables because eating rice at night will helps you to gain weight and take dinner before 8 'o' clock.

Step 9. Drink a glass of milk 1hr. Before you go to sleep.
