The Forever Feeling

First love...
Ahh! It indeed brings a smile to everyone's face. The silly one, the kiddish one but the purest one. You don't tell them at once but prefer to remain a secret admirer. You experience warmth you never did before. You do things you never did before.

Your attendance suddenly improves as you sit in the most boring periods just to be around them. You purposely hang outside their tuitions to see them pass by. You become a writer out of nowhere and poems start flowing out of your pen in your secret diary. You start getting pink even when they come and talk to the person beside you. You plan your entire future in your head. The weird games trying to find out if they love you back. Investigating everything about them and their family, starting from their hobbies to their pets. Attending periods and lectures the day they remain absent is oh so tough task. You feel damn lucky if they choose you to take notes from, when they have the entire class in their option list. The spendthrift in you starts saving money to buy them birthday presents. The complaining you ignores all the flaws and starts appreciating their perfection.

The time when you don't feel butterflies in your stomach but peace in your mind. When everything doesn't really seems pink but everything feels calm. You feel relaxed around the person but tensed while talking to them. When words slip out of your tongue and emotions out of your heart. You may tell them or choose to stay quiet. It may last lifelong or end up abruptly. But the innocent heart pounds every time you see them. The not to be blamed smile springs up every time you think of them. It is surely the one which is very powerful, the one which sticks to you wherever you go and stays in your soul forever.
