INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Coconut

  • 100gms Khova/100ml Condensed milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Tbsp Saffron

  • 1/4 Cup Rava sooji

  • 4 Cups sugar

  • 1 Cup Ghee

  • 1 Cup Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Almonds

For Garnishing:-

  • Sliced Almonds

  • Chopped Cashews

METHOD

  1. Grind Coconut into a fine paste adding little water gradually.

  2. Blend Khova/Condensed milk with almonds.

  3. In a large bowl add Coconut, khova, eggs, saffron, sugar, sooji, ghee & oil and with an egg beater combine all the ingredients well.

  4. Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes at 180° C.

  5. Grease a baking tin and pour the mixture in it, sprinkle almonds and cashews on top of it.

  6. Bake at 220°C for 25-30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if it's ready.

  7. Once baked, let it cool and cut them into squares.

Ready to eat.
