INGREDIENTS
1 Coconut
100gms Khova/100ml Condensed milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Saffron
1/4 Cup Rava sooji
4 Cups sugar
1 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Almonds
For Garnishing:-
Sliced Almonds
Chopped Cashews
METHOD
Grind Coconut into a fine paste adding little water gradually.
Blend Khova/Condensed milk with almonds.
In a large bowl add Coconut, khova, eggs, saffron, sugar, sooji, ghee & oil and with an egg beater combine all the ingredients well.
Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes at 180° C.
Grease a baking tin and pour the mixture in it, sprinkle almonds and cashews on top of it.
Bake at 220°C for 25-30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check if it's ready.
Once baked, let it cool and cut them into squares.
Ready to eat.
