The very first thought we get when we come across the word 'FITNESS' is a lot of Physical workouts and exercises. In this busy world, there is no time for us to maintain our body and be healthy. Waking up early in the morning, just to hit the gym is so terrible for late risers.Managing works throughout the day makes us lazier in the mornings. Most of us try to choose an alternative or even get ready to quit rather than waking up the morning and going to the gym. So keeping this in mind these are the five Golden Rules that will surely help you burn fat without hitting the GYM.

Let's get into the topic.........

RULE:1 Drink a Lot of Water

It's very easy, right! It takes no time and just by drinking water we can lose weight. The officially recommended water intake for men is up to 3 liters and women up to 2.5 liters. There are many benefits of drinking water as it helps in detoxification. It decreases unwanted craving for food. And scientifically we can say that by taking water it increases the amount of oxygen and helps in purifying the blood. It is important to keep our bodies always hydrated. I don't suggest that only by drinking water we can lose our calories but also we should make sure our diet is of fewer carbs.

RULE:2 Diet Plans

It doesn't require any physical work but needs determination in having control over food. There are various diet plans that help in losing weight. And moreover, its a must to reduce junk food and eat green leafy vegetables. So coming into the diet plan...

i.Consumption Of Enough Fiber - It helps in keeping the digestion of a person intact. And makes you feel full for a longer time, so you don't have to consume extra calories. Mainly fruits and whole grains contain more amount of fiber.

ii.Protein in Diet - It is a macronutrient which means it's very essential for the body. They are like fuel to our body. It helps in building and repairing our tissues. Most of the dieters are recommended to have protein bars for quick weight loss. And even the bodybuilders gulp down the protein shakes for increasing strength of their muscle. The only drawback of having a high-protein diet is, we face a metabolism change into a state of Ketosis that suppresses appetite causing people to eat less and increases the body's elimination of fluids. Food that contains proteins are eggs, dairy products, nuts, etc...

iii. Avoid Proceesed Food- These are loaded with chemicals and are not healthy to eat. It minimizes the nutritional values in food. They also may contain high levels of salt, sugar, and fat. So it's better to prefer fresh food which contains all the nutritional values in it rather than going for processed ones. These mainly include breakfast cereals, cheese, bread, biscuits, etc..

iv. Skip Desserts - It is a must to avoid having desserts. I can understand it's a very tough thing to do, but trust me you can find a lot of difference. They are so delicious to taste and make us feel a craving to have more and more. These can affect our diet and may stop early results. We can have them on cheat days once a while.

v. Salad- If you are interested in trying something new to taste then you must surely try salads. They are healthy and also increase the level of antioxidants in our body. They are loaded with vitamins and minerals. So this time when you visit a restaurant prefer a salad.

RULE:3 Herbal Teas

Most of us enjoy having some tea after a busy day. We get relieved from our stress and feel relaxed. So instead of always having the regular tea, it's better to try something new. So there are many herbal teas like the GREEN TEA which helps in increasing the metabolic activities in our body. It contains natural antioxidants that prevent cell damage and avoid the risk of cancer. Other than fitness it benefits us in many ways like anti-aging, makes us smart, lowers risk of type 2 diabetes and many more........

Not only green tea but there are many more herbal teas to Try .....Peppermint Tea, Oolong Tea, White Tea, and Rooibos Tea. All these are Teas that help you reach your fitness goals.

RULE:4 Yoga

Its good to begin our day with yoga. This is one of the best options, as there are numerous benefits of yoga. It gives us peace of mind and patience to face any kind of situation. It is a great way to work on flexibility, strength, and fitness. Some yoga techniques make us feel less stressed and calmer. It's good for the heart as it lowers the blood pressure and slows the heart rate. According to our requirements, there are many asanas available. So ....to have a Good health a Good start is required.

RULE:5 Walking

It's not really necessary to hit the gym in order to walk on the treadmill. We can choose a walking track which is surrounded by a beautiful environment that helps us to get re-energized and make us motivated to walk more. And walking expands our lungs and helps us to intake more amount of oxygen. It gives strength to our muscles and decreases extra fat. Walking expands our lifespan and also reduces the chances for any disease to attack.

People don't take it seriously to stay fit and give greater priority to their work. And few people are TOO Lazy to do anything, so these GOLDEN RULES come handy to them. There is a saying Health is Wealth. It's our responsibility to take care of our health. You need to know that Fitness is not about being better than someone else...It's about being better than you used to be.

STAY FIT STAY CONFIDENT !!
