Blueberry contains a lot of antioxidants. Ingredients we are adding in this smoothie will surely satisfy your hunger. When you feel hungry it is best to take a smoothie over other junk food and fried snacks.
Now let's see the ingredients needed.
We will need 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Please don't include sugar. Blend both these ingredients together. You can add 2 drops of honey instead of sugar.
This smoothie will increase your metabolism.
Bananas are an excellent source potassium and many vitamins. Vitamin B6 and vitamin C are two among them. Cinnamon contains strong antioxidants like 'polyphenols'. This will boost metabolism and it will help in regulating blood sugar.
You will require 1 cup of plain yogurt,1 banana,1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and a drop of honey. Blend all these ingredients together and your banana-cinnamon smoothie is ready. You can add oatmeal if you wish too.
This is my favourite among all because it will always keep my tummy satisfied. Banana contains a lot of fibre and nuts used in this smoothie will provide a dose of healthy fat. Hence, whenever I feel hungry I used to have this.
Take 6 almonds and 6 cashews. You will require one ripe banana and a cup of yogurt. Blend all these ingredients together. Your banana nut smoothie is ready.
As the name suggests, carrot,mango and pineapple are the main ingredients of this smoothie. Carrot is a good source of vitamin A, similarly mango and pineapple contains vitamin C. These fruits contain antioxidants which are capable to burn excess fat.
Take 1 cup of yogurt. Add 1 cup of chopped carrots, 1 cup of chopped mango and 1 cup of chopped pinapple. Blend all these ingredients together to attain a perfect smoothie.
Try to replace your fried snacks with smoothies. It will fill your tummy as well as it is an excellent fat burner. Try to save your money for snacks to buy the ingredients needed to make a smoothie and drink it when you feel hungry.
