Here I'll be introducing three amazing Maggi Recipes you should definitely try!

CHINESE MAGGI RECIPE

Total Time Required:20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Maggi Noodles

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves

  • 1/2 inch Ginger

  • 1 tablespoon chopped Spring Onions (white part)

  • 1/4 cup Carrots, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped Spring Onions (green part)

  • 1/4 cup Capsicum, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

Instruction:

  • Boil water in a container and cook your maggi without the tastemaker. (While dropping maggi into water,put 2 drops of oil so that noodles doesn't stick later)

  • Drain and set aside.

  • Take a pan and heat oil it. Add ginger and garlic. Saute on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.

  • Add spring onion,carrots,carrots and capsicum to the pan. Saute again for 2-3 minutes.

  • Then add noodles to the pan. Keep it closed with a lid for a minute on a low flame.

  • After this open and toss well.

  • Add maggi tastemaker if you wish too or you can replace it with a pinch of 'Maggi Magic Masala'(step is optional).

  • Serve Immediately.

PANEER MAGGI RECIPE

Total Time Required:20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Maggi noodles

  • Chopped Paneer

  • Cooking Oil -2 tbsp

  • Cumin seeds-1/2 tbsp

  • Large Onion-1(thin and finely chopped)

  • Ripe tomato - 2 (Finely chopped)

  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar - a pinch

  • Salt - little for masala

  • Coriander leaves – to garnish

Instruction:

  • Soak the chopped paneer in hot water till you use it.

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Put Cumin seeds.

  • Add chopped onion,tomato and then saute on medium flame.

  • Add chilli powder,turmeric,salt and a pinch of sugar.

  • Add water, noodles and tastemaker powder and bring to boil.

  • Add paneer cubes and chopped coriander leaves.

  • Close with the lid and cook for a minute.

  • Serve Immediately.

CHEESE AND EGG MAGGI

Total Time Required:10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Maggi

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup grated Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction:

  • Boil the Maggi noodles for 3 minutes. Add the tastemaker and close it with a lid for 2 minutes.Do this step in a medium flame.

  • Meanwhile you have to beat the egg. Beat it till it becomes frothy. Then add it to maggi and then cook until egg attains a scrambled form.

  • Top with cheese and mix.

  • Serve immediately.
