Time has come when we need to stay healthy and make yourself fit to fight with this hot summer season. In these all months from April to September, we need to become more and more conscious regarding our health.

Here are some tips which we all should follow to stay healthy because when you go outside of your house, you face off with the sun and then the water of your body evaporates. Then you become weak and sometimes you get faint also. So, follow all these crucial tips-

  • Drink fresh water before going anywhere and always carry a water bottle with you. Because it is not good to drink water from anywhere.

  • Eat vegetables and fruits which contain water in a large amount like cucumber, watermelon, orange, etc.

  • Wear goggles and use a scarf if you are going outside in the hot summer. Importantly, wear a helmet when you are driving two-wheelers because it protects you from direct sun heat and it is a safety rule also.

  • You can use an umbrella and a hat also. Because the sun rays of afternoon time are very harmful to your head as well as for your hair.

  • Keep yourself fresh and maintain your hygiene because with sweating lots of germs enter your body. Make sure your hair should be clean.

  • Apply sunscreen lotion on your exposed portion of the body so that harmful rays can stay away from you.

  • Keep your surrounding more and more green. For this plant trees so that they can give you shade as well as a cool breeze.

  • Give your face massage with ice cubes because it helps in maintaining your blood circulation and gives you glowing skin.

  • Apply cool curd and turmeric mixture on your face and hands, so that this can remove your tan as well as give you cool feeling.

  • Put cucumber slices on both eyes because the heat affects your eyes firstly. So, cucumber slices help in giving you relaxation.

  • Drink health homemade juices which help your body to stay fit and active.

  • Don't eat much oily and junk food. This can make your health disturb. So, avoid all type of junk or oily foods and any type of cold-drinks also. You can alter this with fresh juice.

If you follow all these tips in this hot summer season, then you are staying fit and healthy too. So drink lots of water and protect yourself from hot sun rays. Keep smiling and stay healthy!!!
