5 Lessons "Boys Over Flowers" Taught Us !

“Boys over flowers” was aired in 2009 and it is still the best and most popular show among the teens. The show revolves around Four boys, known as F4, who are rich, study in the Shinzwa High School and how their lives change when a girl entered into the school.

There are many lessons this K-Drama taught us. Here are a few of the lessons:

Struggle is constant

Whether you are rich or poor, struggle remains constant. This K-Drama taught us that no matter in what position you are, struggles and problems are there. It may seem that people here are living their lives without worries but it is not like that. From Geum Jan Di to Goo Joon pyo, everyone is struggling with their problems.

There should be a balance between friendship and love

You cannot choose one between them and you should not even choose among them. Both of them are important for your life. It is just that you need to make a balance between them. The best example here is Ji Hoo, Jan Di and Joon Pyo.

Outer beauty is not everything

Even if you are beautiful, it doesn't matter if you don't have a beautiful heart. Like Geum Jan Di, who might not be pretty but she has a beautiful soul. She is hardworking and tries to do everything which can make people around her happy while the 3 girls in her school were beautiful from outside but they had an ugly heart making fun of others.

You are you and that is your power

You should totally be yourself. No matter what people say to you and about you to others, you should always be yourself because you are unique in your own way. Even if you are not interested in what others are, it is totally okay. Everyone is imperfectly perfect and that's okay too.

Everyone deserves a second chance

humans are born to make mistakes. Sometimes due to situations or some or the other reasons, they might make mistakes unintentionally. People deserve a second chance. Without knowing a person, you cannot judge that person. Like in this K-Drama, So Yi Yung may seem mean and cold but he was a purest and had a warm soul. Just because of his family issues, he was misunderstood by many.
