“Every moment of your life is a second chance.” - Rick Price

What do you feel when you prepare a lot, read and research about a certain thing a lot and when there's that moment where you need to show everyone that you got this and that you are going to be the star of the show and suddenly, very abruptly you feel yourself falling down, crashing like a plane and seeing all your hardwork going down the drain the minute you make a mistake, the minute you feel that you fumbled and the minute you hear someone giggle or make fun of you, how do you exactly feel at that moment? Embarrassed, shameful, some might also feel that they would never come back to the stage again, that failure sets a fear in our mind and we don't even think twice before quitting. But have you thought how would it be to again, prepare a lot, read and research a lot and this time, comeback with a bang with all the flaws fixed, mesmerizing the audience and finally getting a loud round of applause? Well, I feel that it would be amazing, that moment stops right there and then because you have conquered your fear of not giving yourself a second chance. Whenever we feel low, whenever we feel that it's not just worth it, whenever we feel that we can't do it anymore, we forget that we are preparing our mind to quit. We forget that there are multiple solutions to a problem and that a problem that we are facing right now will not persist our entire life and things can get alright at the end, only if we do not quit and keep trying. We all deserve a second chance, whether it's life, love or anything, we all deserve a second opportunity to prove ourselves, to work harder and become a better version of ourselves. But one thing to remember is that a second chance would not mean anything if you did not learn from your first. If you failed to score good in a test because you did not study for it and you did the same thing in your next test as well, you will be doing the same mistake again and then, there will be no importance of a second chance. Second chances are for people who value it not for the people who throw it away like their first one thinking that they would get another one. We often feel like it's too dark for us to find our way and we also can't tend to rely on others as well but just for once, try and be your own flashlight because then, when you would look around, you would be seeing a sweet life for yourself and slowly, you will be getting through the night with your own light shining in your eyes!
