After, you gulp down your boatload of H2O you should not eat or drink anything for the next 45 minutes. After these 45 minutes, you can eat and drink like normal. I did this for a month, and the changes in my body were astounding. The results that I am about to share didn't just come overnight or even after a couple of days. It all happened gradually. Only after a month, I was able to put together all the positive changes I had noticed throughout the experiment.

The first thing I noticed was a nice feeling of ease and lightness. I felt fatigued all day before, but a couple of days after I started this experiment, I started feeling more vibrant. I could feel my body, detoxifying giving me more energy and boosting my mood.

This ritual has improved my metabolism significantly and has made my diet more tolerable. I no longer felt the hunger that was always bothering me earlier and making me eat more.
