The origin of martial art is still complicated however, it is believed that its origin is somewhere linked to Asian countries of China and India. Irrespective of its origin in Asia it is used today around the world for self-defense, exercise, health, spiritual growth, etc.

Most of the martial arts are quite unknown to Western countries but after World War 2 it started to spread in the world gradually. During 1970s martial arts were started to promote through television shows or films.
Nowadays, most of the people are not able to go to gym or workout not because they do not want to but because of being not able to afford times in the bustle and busy life of today’s modern world. That’s why most of the people nowadays prefer joining or learning a martial arts. It creates a passion for something inside them and also helps them learn to maintain disciplines. It also gives them a platform to perform and make a carrier in a short period of time.
