The Karni Mata Temple is located in Bikaner, Rajasthan and is known as the home for around 20,000 rats which are specially called as the Kabbas. The kabbas are believed to be the reflection of Goddess Karni Mata. This place is believed to be really scary and the kabbas are worshiped every day. There are several points where huge bowls of milks are kept and the rats drink milk from it. And people also think that the people who see the rare white mice in the temple get the blessings and good luck from Karni Mata. People believe killing or hurting the rats is a sin and to atone the committed sin one must purchase a silver or gold rat statue and offer it in the temple.
