Two years back, I was too lazy to even get up and take a glass of water for myself. I did not take care of myself. All I used to do was lying on the couch and using my phone for no reason.

I know all of you can relate to me. But guys and girls, read my words carefully. This has changed my life. So, I decided to share my experience with you all.

Whenever I get absolutely nothing to do , I try doing experiments. I try a new hairstyle or a beauty products. This helps me to know for works on my face and skin.

My favourite thing to do is reading books. Currently, I am reading the Sherlock Holmes volume. You can choose a book as per your interest.

To beat laziness, I love to do yoga or even meditation. Trust me, it feels amazing and so relaxed.

I have joined an internship at wrytin.com month ago which has proved to be very productive for me. I highly recommend you to do internships of your choice. You will learn a lot by this way.

I need not tell you the benefits of walking daily. I have started morning and evening walk a year ago and I am so happy to continue this habit.

Now I am planning to join swimming classes. You can also join a hobby class ike dance class, guitar class or any other class.

Who don't ike to eat? I am a foody and I ike to try new receipe each time I cook. Today I made fruit pastries. So yumm!

So, give up on laziness and take care of yourself to be healthy . Keep trying new things in life.
