An education system is supposed to be a system which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of students and help them work on it in order to make them stronger when they get ready to face the real world. But are our current education system really making us stronger to face the real world or are they just making us mechanically ready to face the real world? As per the opinions of the students, the major reason of many students lacking creativity, leadership qualities and team building qualities when they graduate is because their education was good but the institutions never pay any attention to develop their personalities, they only look after marks, a student's ability in school and colleges is judged by the marks they get in the exams, a student who gets high marks is considered to be smart and the one who gets low marks is considered not so smart, even though the one with the lower grade has better talent and skills than the student who got more marks, he is treated on a lower level because he got low marks.

A student who wants to become a dancer or a singer or a gamer is never encouraged because he is supposed to study hard and get good grades and get a good job and do that job for the next 45 years of his life. Anyone who wants to choose a different path has to face too much resistance from parents as well as from his/her peers, the walk on a different path is always alone and sometimes the pressure is so much that it forces the students to commit suicide. Teachers at schools should encourage the students what they want to do in life rather than forcing everyone single student to study the same thing which will eventually leave them confused in life later on. We don't have freedom to speech, we cannot do as we like because we have a fixed system to follow and this causes the students to go into depression and hypertension. When asked, a student said" I would have loved an education system where the main focus was on our strengths and weaknesses and the school would help us and develop our strengths over the 12 years rather than forcing everyone to study the same thing which will leave us with the regret of not trying to do what we wanted to". Education system indeed is taking away our freedom and making machines instead of professionals.
