A Developed nation is a sovereign country that has low industrial base and low human Development Index. India is a country with full of secularism, cultural diversity and fraternity. From past decades, we have been hearing that India is still a developing Nation. There are many reasons to quote that India still developing Nation.Though Indians are enjoying 70 + years of freedom, I think we never thought on this statement" India is still being developed".

It is true that India is a country with low industrial base. because of this low industrial base, India is facing unemployment. Because of unemployment, we have low Human Development Index value. Though we have some big industries , we see them engaged in corruption, scams, hierarchy andpolitical misbehaviors. Industrialists and entrepreneurs should think more about making India a developed nation rather than filling their houses with luxuries. India has scarcity of new industries, there are new developing sectors in the world that Indian nation didn't even face. Graduates of this country have to be encouraged to become entrepreneurs rather than bagging jobs in placements.

The Indian currency that is being circulated in India is being caged under corruption. The Government schemes that are meant to meet the Poor's needs, are becoming black money. Many Government officials, being greedy, are taking bribes for works to be done leaving poor to be poor. The corruption that has been a black mark in Indian history has to be eradicated to make India a developed nation. Indian people should be madeto work, by providing jobs to all classes and to all ages of people excluding children so that the GDP of the country canincrease. Government of India is implementing so many schemes to increase GDP by providing many jobs through NREGS. But more promotion has to be done among public so that the schemes might become more productive.

It's really a sad thing to hear that lots of Indian currency is being hidden under false accounts, in World Bank illegally or under dark operations. The present Government is trying hard to fish out this money so that it might benefit in the development of India. All this covert operations are to be banned to have safe society. The laziness among Indians of depending on pensions has to be changed. We see in many countries like China , Japan even old people have their own businesses and they say that we are still young. So,not only old people but every Indian citizen should be more active like not doing a single job and resting in the rest of day but to have a hobby which might be productive for them.

The other problem with Indian society is illiteracy. Illiteracy is not only being uneducated butt behaving as uneducated though they are educated. We know that Indians are really late for their jobs which isunproductive.

This problem is almost eradicated because of biometric system in every office either private, public or Government institutions. Real time governance has turned out to be productive as public and Government are being interacted so that clear governance is achieved.

We see Indians don't follow rules such as income tax payment, payment of bills on time, traffic rules etc . These are some reasons where India is still developing. The education that people got has to be shared among illiterates so that they can cope up with developing India. Health and hygiene is another factor where India follows some superstitions regarding caste, money ,status etc. The perspective of Indian thinking has to be changed in this issues. Every Indian citizen has to think that everyone is equal and the law. There should be no discrimination among people when it comes to business, health, education, age, sex and caste etc.

Every Indian has to be educated to follow some etiquettes which may turn productive for oneself and for our country. As India is being digitalized, more promotion has to be done in public so that they might be educated towards digitised India. Many Government schemes such as Make in India, Swachh Bharat, Beti Bachao Beti padhao, Skill development schemes, NREGSetc are being implemented to make India developed. These schemes has to be promoted more so that public can understand and go along with Government to make India developed.

If the reasons mentioned in the above passages are abolished, in few years, we can hope for digitalized, industrialised, employed, healthy and developed India. More young entrepreneurs has to come forward to make India employed and active. More industries has to be established in India and this is being done under Make in India agenda. By these reforms , we can hope in few decades our India being name a developed nation.
