Your thoughts rule your mind. Nurture your mind through meditation. It is one of the best way to stay calm and think clearly. Meditating is simple. All you have to do is find a serene place and sit there. Start focussing on your breathing pattern. Inhale slowly and hold for 2 seconds and exhale. Remember while you exhale, you are also letting out your worries and pain.

You can start with meditating for 5 to 10 minutes every day. Slowly increase the time.

Meditation will help you combat stress.

Reduce all your unwanted fears and anxiety will be long gone once you become a pro in meditating. Don't listen to your mind. Make your mind listen to you. Then you will enjoy life even more. Meditation helps you to stay in the moment. The mind will sway back to past thoughts. But meditating will help you to look at the present and move forward. It also helps to increase concentration. In the beginning, it will be difficult to focus on your breath but later on, as you practice it daily, your attention span will increase and eventually concentration.

When you have a daily regimen and fitness tracker nothing can demotivate you from becoming fit. Self-motivation matters a lot. One day if you skip meditation you will feel that you haven't done a part of your routine. You may not see the difference immediately but make that effort and one day you will see the fruit of calmness.
