Summers have already set in and it is the hottest season. And the mercury is continuously rising. The last recoded temperature was 42°c in Delhi, and it is obviously becomes very difficult to fight the summers. Hot, humid and disturbing nature of summer is loathed by many people. During the summers one is also very much prone to health issues like malaria, dengue, chikungunya, stomach cramps, skin allergies, dehydration and a lot more.

Summer season is fun and challenging at the same time. Fighting the hot weather is initself is very challenging. It is like getting hot, hotter, hottest in summer. However, there are many ways to overcome this irritatable weather by keeping few things in mind. Lets have a look.

So to fight this hot summer season, keep these few things in mind.

 Keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 4-5 litres of water daily.

 Eat juicy fruits, like watermelon, musk melon, mangoes etc
 Avoid eating spicy, oily and junk food to keep stomach cramps at bay.
 Wear light and cotton clothes.
 Keep your surrounding clean and hygienic to avoid malaria and dengue.
 Use sun screen for sensitive skin.
 Avoid going out in the sun.
 Don’t immediately drink chilled or very cold liquids right after coming from the heat outside. Give 10 mins gap before drinking to maintain the same body temperature.

Apart from all these, summer season also give rise to conditions drought like situations, shortage of water across the country and low water table. So guys, it’s all up to you to keep your self safe from this hot weather. Take precautions and avoid any issues. Take a cooling vacation to some exotic destination and keep yourself relaxed.
