Todayhave a very simple recipe with me.This goes well with rice and chapathi.Also can be used as a dip.
Take a pan and pour some oil .Add some mustard seeds.When it splutters add slit green chillies and asafoetida and sauté for two minutes. Then add the chopped palak leaves and required salt. Saute till palak leaves are cooked. Add this to one cup of thickcurd. Mix well .Add salt as required. Warm the curdslighltlyby stirring. Donot boil. Turn off the stove . ( You can use this without heating also. Just add the cooked palak to the curd and serve. ) Deliciouspalak curd is ready to serve.
