I drew this article based on my personal experience. If you're a person aged between 20-29, this one's for you. It's all about the difficulties faced due to a sudden change in feelings and thoughts. No matter if you're a type of person who can easily adjust yourself between a whole new situation, or not.

This phase between the ages of 20-29 is a very active and crucial phase of life. It's the developing phase of one's life. And every human goes through this. It's the phase of mind development, it's the phase where you are going to transform fully into an adult.

The ages groups between 20-29 experience overthinking, sadness and emotional. At the same time, they are very much passionate about their careers.

So, basically, that's a natural and crucial process. But it's a matter of concern if your mind is captured by a negative thought. This leads to the creation of a chain of such thoughts. Ideal thing is to get control over yourself. You can share your thoughts with the person whom you trust the most and love. Most importantly the person should be able to understand your problems and help you to get in the right direction.

So to all the people out there dealing with the same phase, what to do? How to go hand in hand with this phase? The answer is simple:-

- Go out, hang out with your friends.
- Work on your hobbies.
- Always try to see the positive aspect of everything.
- Self-control is the most important ingredient.
