Physical activity and exercise is important for every adult, child, adolescent of every age. It is important to stay fit and healthy as it promotes balanced life and abolish laziness and nastiness. It is important to get rid off sedentary lifestyle to improve the quality of life and eliminate all chronic or acute diseases. Here are some tips to know why and how you can stay fit.

  1. Improve your diet

You need to avoid all the oily and junk food as it imbalances your hormones and body weight. The golden rule of fitness is to eat healthy fruits and vegetables, oats in breakfast, salad, beans, corns, juice, curd and eggs. The more you eat junk, the more you get prone to acute disorders and harm your body. Frequent outside eatings is like an invitation to health problems itself. Junk food is half-cooked, unhygienic, day-old and fried that induces inner health issues. You need not reduce, but repalce your diet.

2.Reduce the risk of life

Doing regular exercises makes your bones strong, flexible and boosts up your stamina. The more you try to be fit and stay healthy, the more you tend to increase your life expectancy. It reduces the risk of many health issues and also saves your money. If you invest rupees thirty to fifty on daily fruits and juice, it can save upto lakhs expenditure on any health problem.

3.Improves your lifestyle and health

If you are involved in any physical activity like running or playing or dancing, it improves your lifestyle and overall personality. It also promotes a healthy body and mind with strong muscles and bones. It improves your digestive glands, respiratory and nervous system and keeps it active. It also reduces the risk of heart problems and diabetic issues. It also changes your personality, balances your weight according to BMI and maintain good wellness.

But the question is how can you stay fit ? Encourage your friends and family members and guide them to stay fit. Be your own wellwisher as well motivate people around you to have a sound health. Prepare a time table and take out atleast one hour out of your busy schedules for yourself. Work is important part of life but health is the top most priority. Go for running and do some aerobic exercises. Avoid eating day-old and fried food as it weakens and imbalances your digestive glands.

You can also perform yoga and meditation for peace and calm. Avoid taking stress and try to be happy because mental fitness is equally important. Play outside sports, go for a walk, do cycling, join gym or zumba or dance. Make these healthy activities a permanent part of your life and daily routine. Manage your time and take atleast one hour out of twenty four hours to walk in the direction of healthy and fit life.
