Technology can affect both mental as well as physical health. Overusage of mobile phones, laptop, internet, social media are reasons affecting our health.
Vision, sleep, brain activities , psychological behaviour of a person changes rapidly by overusing technology. Brain and heart are the masters of human. If they get affected or disturbed , the whole human cycle will get collapse. Knowingly or unknowingly , we affect the masters of our body. Through which we kill ourselves with our own hands.
As we know, " Too much of anything is good for nothing", we need to maintain a limit in using our phones, laptops, internet. Interacting with the people face to face could reduce the use of internet , social media. We are in a competitive world where we need to balance everything in a right manner to live peacefully and merely.
