🌊Water The Basic One

According to Leonardo Da Vinci "Water is the driving force of all nature". It’s impossible for people to live without water. We can live without food for weeks and months but not without water. It was a proven and a universal fact that a person can't live without water. There is very less percentage of clean water in the earth even though water is covered three-fourth of the earth. It’s a precious gift of God for human kind. Water has many qualities that we people don't know its value. Water helps in getting a beautiful skin, to lose weight, a healthy digestive system, prevent kidney damages, and also reduce the chance of hangover.

But seeing todays situation there were scarcity of water in most of the states especially in Tamil Nadu. The major shortage of water is its increasing demand. The population explosion brought a great demand of water than ever. Another reason of scarcity of water is inability of the people to save water when having it abduntly. Therefore, I would say it’s time to take a step. If this situation is prevailing then there is no hope for next generation on the earth. Nowadays people are ready to pay huge amount for water but the sad truth there were no drinking water how much amount you pay. This is the right time for the people to save water by cleaning the debris in rivers, ponds, lakes. Another way of saving water is planting as much as trees. Practicing rainwater harvesting, divert the runoff water into lakes and ponds instead of wasting it by mixing along sea water.

Due to water scarcity even many software companies allows its employees to work from home. The situation really became bad. Not even getting the yearly once rain. If this situation ought to continue then there is question about human survival on the earth. It’s all our mistakes that we are suffering from scarcity of water. We constructed all our homes on the pond, lake areas and not even following any methods to save water when we get it. Then how is it possible to get the water in summer season? In the name of development destroying every natural resources is what we the human being is doing.

If this continues then there would be no water in the world. We can not even imagine a day without water. How horrible it would be! If we can’t even imagine this situation then think how are we going face a situation like that. All our activities are depending on water without it the existence of life is not at all possible. It's really true thousand have lived without love not one without water. So lets stop destroying our environment and save water. Benjamin franklin stated that "When the well is dry, well know the worth of water". So let’s know the worth of the water and start taking the measures to preserve it.
