Today we're living in a world of competition. Someone who's not ready to compete, cannot survive in the league. But unfortunately, today people are not motivated enough to compete. They just don't want to stand the competition. But the question arises, WHY?

MOTIVATION IS KILLED

There is no source of motivation. People get motivated when they have some good and bad circumstances to face at the end. An athlete when running in a race and is about to win, if someone overtakes him, and he can see the circumstances of not running his lungs out at the moment, that he'll be known as the 1st runner up, but not the winner, struggles his heart out, and runs to the highest of his might. Just because he knows what can happen if he doesn't perform now, and he knows what he cannot let happen. But this feeling of fear to face such circumstances is lacking in today's youth. As they know that nothing is gonna happen, they're living their life and having all the luxuries, with all they want to eat, and all they want to wear, and will continue enjoying them all.

LACK OF FEAR OF LOSING

There is no fear of losing because honestly speaking there is no loss either. All that has been invested in their education, is none of their struggles. And they don't have time to sit and think about the struggles of their parents' life. A person who's invested their hard earned money in their education or a start-up knows the value of it. He knows that success is worth putting all his hard work and determination. But students these days, get everything spoon fed, school fees are done, university fees are done, stationary done, clothes done, food done. Not only that, parents provide their children with more than what they need, brand new latest iPhone, iPod, and what else. 'Cause they think that if their children will get all they wish for, maybe they’ll work hard and achieve their goals.

Well, no one is at fault in this situation. Parents are right on their part as they don't want to leave anything for which their children may struggle in the future. Making their path so smooth that they enjoy being there instead of walking forward. On the other hand, even the children are not at fault, they don't see anything happening out of it. They have all they want, what they need to work hard for. Only if, they were lacking on something, only if they had few of their wishes unfulfilled, only if they had invested their own hard earned money in their life, they would have given it a second thought.

LET THEM STRUGGLE

The only way to make the youth understand the need and importance of hard work is to let them do. Let the Struggle, let face some failures, let them have some unfulfilled wishes, to hustle for. Lt them understand what it means to be successful. Let them understand the need for it.
IT’S HIGH TIME!
