1) Arrabbiata Sauce

2) Carbonara Sauce

5) Marinara Sauce

Marinara is an authentic Italian sauce which is cooked using tomatoes, onions, garlic, and herbs. It is an excellent choice for people who don’t prefer their pasta too sweet or too spicy. It is loved by people of all ages, even children. It has a tangy flavour and is quite thick in texture. It can be enjoyed with both kinds of pasta and pizzas.

6) Pink Sauce

Pink Sauce is an invention made after mixing red sauce and white sauce, hence giving it the colour "pink". A lot of people prefer this as it has the flavours of both the sauces and is quite tempting. It is generally eaten with penne. It is well balanced with respect to spice and the creamy texture.

7) Aglio e Olio

So this is might be one of the simplest sauces to make. All you need is some olive oil, a few garlic cloves and some herbs for seasoning. The name is Italian which means Pasta with Garlic and Oil. It is a traditional dish, the sauce is tossed with spaghetti and garnished with some olive oil sprinkled on top along with some olives and parsley. This dish is a paradise for garlic lovers.
