6) Pink Sauce

Pink Sauce is an invention made after mixing red sauce and white sauce, hence giving it the colour "pink". A lot of people prefer this as it has the flavours of both the sauces and is quite tempting. 7) Aglio e Olio

So this is might be one of the simplest sauces to make. All you need is some olive oil, a few garlic cloves and some herbs for seasoning. The name is Italian which means Pasta with Garlic and Oil. It is a traditional dish, the sauce is tossed with spaghetti and garnished with some olive oil sprinkled on top along with some olives and parsley. This dish is a paradise for garlic lovers.
