You always feel off-balance

You listen to others instead of listening to your inner voice
You don’t feel in control of your life and the speed at which it’s moving

1. Actively retrain your mind not to do things that it’s been doing so far. That’s where it gets difficult, because it takes practice, patience and yes, will power.
2. You have to retrain your mind to observe rather than run on autopilot.
3.You have to retrain your mind to stop thinking “why am I feeling this emotion right now” before acting.
4. You have to retrain your mind to live in the present, not the past or future.
5. You have to be disciplined in a world and society that doesn’t value being present and being self-aware.
6. You have to be different. Find people who are on a similar journey, either online or in person because it will make your practice easier and you’ll feel more supported. So, Go for it.
