Is It A Real Problem ?

According to a study titled 'State of Working India' carried out by the Centre for Sustainable Employment at Azim Premji University, the unemployment rate among graduates and postgraduates stands at 16.3% and 14.2%, respectively. More than eight million jobs are required every year for India to keep its employment rate constant, as its working-age population . As many as 18.3 million Indians were unemployed in 2017, and unemployment is projected to increase to 18.9 million by 2019 . There is widespread resentment among youth with lack of employment opportunities in the country. Even with this case , today youth of our country is highly critizing 9 to 5 jobs . Everyone wants to build a start up and every other person want to become a entrepreuner . Even if this is the case , due to saturation in enterpreneurship sector there is no quality check in this field .

It's good to be an entrepreneur and launch his/her own firms but one needs to be mature and understanding enough to understand their potential and whether they can actually do it or not. Dropping out of colleges and starting startups and procrastinating that they'll be next Zuckerberg or gates is a vile and puriele idea. First point zuck and gates they dropped from Harvard University, eln musk the new poster boy for wannabe tech enthusiast is Stansfield graduate, founders of Google were from Stanford, flipkart founders IITans. But ordinary guy from fuckirchand and lakirchand trust University feels if he drops out he'll be in that hall of fame.

Yes there are examples like jack ma or Bezos who don't have degree from fancy universities but almost most of the today's entrepreneurs have showed their mental potential by being Alma mater of world's top colleges.To fume this zest of being entrepreneur is movies like YJHD, ZNMD where the characters are shown to travel world, be cool enter into friend's wedding like a rock star where everyone is envious of their lives, but sorry to burst your bubble world doesn't work that way. One out of 1,000,000 may join nat Geo or discovery as a videographer and travel world not all. It may sound unromantic to those impatient teenage souls of 21st century but yeah the world works this way.

For most of the Ambani's another disappointing fact average age of silicon valley entrepreneur is 39. After working for years in the industry, toiling hours infront of a pc and working their arses off for a tech giant and understanding the markert than a startup or firm is launched.

Yeah there are college grads or ug students who have launchedtheir startups and received angel funding but how many actually succeeded?

Almost 90% of startups which were incepted since 2015 have closed down.The number amounts to around 1500 firms.

And as result of this ideological changes in India, 9 to 5 jobs are unecassarily critized . Stable life is said to be boring not so interesting etc,etc . Hence resulting in graduates from top universities denying job opportunities there by indirectly resulting in decline in the quality of work due to functioning falling into the hands of people with lack of knowledge of the related field.
