• You will see, the Zalimun fearful of that which they have earned, and it will surely befall them, while those who believe and do righteous deeds in the flowering meadows of the Gardens, having what they wish from their Lord. That is the supreme Grace,.
  तुम ज़ालिमों को देखोगे कि उन्होंने जो कुछ कमाया उससे डर रहे होंगे, किन्तु वह तो उनपर पड़कर रहेगा । किन्तु जो लोग ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए, वे जन्न्तों की वाटिकाओं में होंगे । उनके लिए उनके रब के पास वह सब कुछ है जिसकी वे इच्छा करेंगे । वही तो बड़ा उदार अनुग्रह है

  दीवार पर एक तस्वीर लगी थी, जिसमें सू - सू करता, धुआँ उगलता रेल का इंजन दिखाया गया था । एक पोस्टर भी लगा था जिसमें एक डॉक्टर अपनी एक बाँह किसी रोती हुई नंगी लड़की के कन्धे पर रखे था और दूसरी बाँह एक बहुत ही भयानक कंकाल को दूर हटाने के लिए उठी थी जो अपनी ठण्डी उँगलियों से उस बेचारी, भयभीत लड़की को पकड़ने की चेष्टा कर रहा था ।

• You will see the wrongdoers fearful of what they have earned, and it will befall them. And those who have believed and done righteous deeds will be in lush regions of the gardens having whatever they will in the presence of their Lord. That is what is the great bounty.
  तुम ज़ालिमों को देखोगे कि उन्होंने जो कुछ कमाया उससे डर रहे होंगे, किन्तु वह तो उनपर पड़कर रहेगा । किन्तु जो लोग ईमान लाए और उन्होंने अच्छे कर्म किए, वे जन्न्तों की वाटिकाओं में होंगे । उनके लिए उनके रब के पास वह सब कुछ है जिसकी वे इच्छा करेंगे । वही तो बड़ा उदार अनुग्रह है

  जिस चीज़ से लोग शायद डर जाते, वो उस चीज़ को बदल कर

• And the book will be placed, and you will see the sinners fearful of its contents. And they will say, “ Woe to us! What is with this book that leaves nothing, small or big, but it has enumerated it ? ” They will find everything they had done present. Your Lord does not wrong anyone.
  किताब रखी जाएगी तो अपराधियों को देखोंगे कि जो कुछ उसमें होगा उससे डर रहे है और कह रहे है," हाय, हमारा दुर्भाग्य! यह कैसी किताब है कि यह न कोई छोटी बात छोड़ती है न बड़ी, बल्कि सभी को इसने अपने अन्दर समाहित कर रखा है ।" जो कुछ उन्होंने किया होगा सब मौजूद पाएँगे । तुम्हारा रब किसी पर ज़ुल्म न करेगा

• or as a cloudburst out of heaven in which is darkness, and thunder, and lightning - - they put their fingers in their ears against the thunderclaps, fearful of death ; and God encompasses the unbelievers ;
  या उनकी मिसाल ऐसी है जैसे आसमानी बारिश जिसमें तारिकियाँ ग़र्ज़ बिजली हो मौत के खौफ से कड़क के मारे अपने कानों में ऊँगलियाँ दे लेते हैं हालाँकि खुदा काफ़िरों को घेरे हुए है

• There is no fault in you touching the proposal to women you offer, or hide in your hearts ; God knows that you will be mindful of them ; but do not make troth with them secretly without you speak honourable words. And do not resolve on the knot of marriage until the book has reached its term ; and know that God knows what is in your hearts, so be fearful of Him ; and know that God is All - forgiving, All - clement.
  और अगर तुम उन औरतों से इशारतन निकाह की ख़ास्तगारी करो या अपने दिलो में छिपाए रखो तो उसमें भी कुछ तुम पर इल्ज़ाम नहीं हैं ख़ुदा को मालूम है कि उन औरतों से निकाह करने का ख्याल आएगा लेकिन चोरी छिपे से निकाह का वायदा न करना मगर ये कि उन से अच्छी बात कह गुज़रों और जब तक मुक़र्रर मियाद गुज़र न जाए निकाह का क़सद भी न करना और समझ रखो कि जो कुछ तुम्हारी दिल में है ख़ुदा उस को ज़रुर जानता है तो उस से डरते रहो और जान लो कि ख़ुदा बड़ा बख्शने वाला बुर्दबार है
