We millennials in India grow in a different atmosphere compared to millennials around the world. Studies say that millennials go through various stress due to Education, family and relationship. They try to get out of it but end up messing at one or the other, So how can they try to come out of it? What can be done ? Will they have to suffer from it?

Well here is the answer, this is one of the ways you can come out of stress and find a motivation/inspiration in life.
Guess what! it's taking yourself on a solo travel.

What's a solo travel?

When you go for a vacation with you family or friends, you go out to a place/spot and say you solo traveled to that tourist spot then it's "not Solo travel".
Solo travels are more like magic happening to you , you go out on a trip in which you are the only person travelling and you curate the whole travel plan on your own to your favorite destination.

How does it feel to be on a solo trip?

Have you ever thought how a 1-2 year kids feel when you let them Independently stand for the first time, Well that would be more like a solo trip.
You would be completely independent and you will Rely only on your presence of mind.The person in charge at the ground is you and you have the freedom to be yourself once again after your childhood.

Trust me choosing the destination is very important decision you'll make and if it goes wrong then you wouldn't have neither satisfaction nor the inspiration that you wanted.
Everybody in this world has a vibe and so do the destinations.The trick is finding the right vibe that matches yours,well it's more easier than getting yourself a Boyfriend/girlfriend.
Before choosing the destination think of what do you like monuments,forest, hills,beaches, snow or Adventure and lot more.After knowing what you like,go ahead with the list of places that you have in mind and choose based on the budget & situation.

What happens in a solo trip?

You choose a destination and travel to it by making booking or you can do it the fun way by going offline.You meet different people from all over the world and you will start to feel that people are nicer & friendly than you thought.
People during their travels turn out to be the real and actual version of themselves which makes them to be calm, kind and friendly.
You'll meet people who share a conversation with you till sharing their drinks and partying with you. These people travel for various reasons and one common thing between you all is the travel that you make.

You get to see the cultural diversity in the country and how people's beliefs & morals defines their cultural & religious background.And here comes the usual things which include visiting tourist spot, religious shrines, adventure activities and lot more which can only be experienced not told.
Above all these you get the time to be yourself and give a thought about your life. This changes your perspective towards a happy life and make you realize that " Life is not all about money, job and status, it's about the satisfaction in life and the happiness that you get in your mind when you see someone Smiling at you".
That is why I would say

" Live for satisfaction and Don't like by expectation"

Because "At the end of the day what matters in life is your satisfaction because if your not satisfied then what's the point in living".
