Every year thousands of students sitoff JEE and NEET ,hoping to carve their future into good. But not for everyone,it turns to be a good decision ,some pass the exam but for some it's just another disappointment in life. I don't know if these exams promise a bright future or not but one thing which I can surely say is these exams change the mindsets of people. One who clears the exams is termed as intelligent and the ones who don't are just failures. Parentshave this thinking that if their child couldn't clear the exam, what else will he do in his life. Sometimes parents pressurise the child so much and society questions so much when he fails to clear the exam. Most of times the students in big coaching centres commit suicide because of being pressured by the people surrounding. These competitive exams are nothing but an opportunity, don't overrate them so much.
If someone couldn't clear the exam,it's okay. Nothing is more important than the person himself. Even before sitting in the exam ,other scars the students so much that he already becomes anxious and concentrating on the exam becomes difficult. It's a good thing if you cleared it but if you couldn't ,life doesn't stop there. There are examples when students not studying in AIIMS or IITS got more successful than those who were studying in these institutes. Institutes don't guarantee success, but the way you perform or the way you decide your life to be is the way your life turns out to be. Sometimes while giving the example of other students to their own child ,people don't even realize that they are comparing them and making them feel low. Parents think the best for their children but they don't realise that sometimes what's best in their eyes isn't the best for their children as well. Moreover relatives also ask just one thing to us ,how much did we score.
Constantly living between people who expect us to perform the best actually is depressing,no one can perfect and no one can even pretend like that always. You could not clear it, you didn't score the best, you couldn't satisfy your parents or anything like this ,is alright. It's alright to fail sometimes because only then you understand the importance of success and you crave for it more. It's okay to fail but that doesn't define you as a failure forever.Rise , shine and do better ,that's how life goes on.
