Everyone wants to stay healthy and eat healthy. But don’t exactly know what should be their daily diet and what should they eat and what not to eat. Eating healthy improves your immunity and reduces chances of various diseases such as cancer, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes , etc. So here are some of the tested and researched ways to eat healthy and stay healthy.

1.Use of small plates: Scientists have proved that it is better to use a 10-inch plate for dinner because it will result you to eat less food at night. It is healthy habit to eat less during night.

2.Eat veggies: There is not a single diet which suggests you now to eat veggies. You should eat veggies and greens, low fat dairy products, more fruits and grains in your daily lunch.

3.Eat healthy after eating fast food: Whenever you feel like eating junk food or something like pizza you may eat. But the frequency should be less. Also after eating junk food eat something healthy in order to compensate your meal.

4.Display healthy food in prominent places: Keep the healthy food at such places in the kitchen which are easily visible for us. This will help you think it as of a first thing when you are hungry. Also put such food where you visit frequently at your home such that it is the first thing you get.

5.Drink more water: You should drink more water to keep your body hydrated.Carry a large water bottle throughout the day a drink it after every interval of time.

6.Exercise daily: Exercise daily for a least half hour mostly in morning. This will stimulate your hunger. Try to have breakfast regularly. It is the most important meal in the day so don’t skip it.

7.Daily routine: Don’t skip you daily meals. Decide one particular time for meal and follow the same regularly. Don’t ignore your hunger for larger time.

8.Eat slow: Don’t eat too fast. Eat slowly, chewing food properly and taste the food completely.

9.Cook for yourselves: Buy some recipe books, try new healthy recipes containing lots of veggies, cook for yourselves. It is said that we eat more the food made by our hands. So try and make some good food!

10.Lunch Box: Pack healthy food for your lunch while going to office or college. Don’t have luch only on snacks. Try to eat full meal.
