Being angry is a disease. If you get frustrated easily you are the one who knows that the outcome of the frustration can be really harsh. It is very important to keep your anger and frustration under control. After all, who else will that anger and frustration affect? It is us who will get affected by our own anger. Not only us butthe ones around us will also get adversely affected by our short temper and anger.

It is very important to keep your anger under control so that our near and dear ones does not get affected by our behaviour. The reason is that if someone is very close to us, our single movement and a minute change in our behaviour will have a huge impact on their life. Therefore it is better for us to mend our behaviour and ways so that no one around us get affected. The most basic and quick way to lessen your anger when you are angry is to count numbers from 1-20 and this formula is the one which always works. It will instantly help you lose your anger and will prevent you from doing any other harm which you might have caused.

Apart from this, one must exercise daily and meditate at least for 30 minutes in the morning. This will help you remain focussed and reduce your stress level. This is because the major cause of anger and frustration is increasing stress levels. When you take too much stress then you lose your focus and cannot concentrate on a particular work. This leads to lesser efficiency while working and you are not able to do the selected job and this makes you feel irritated. However, when you meditate it gives various openings through which you can release your stress and stay calm throughout your day.

There can really be very harmful effects of stating frustrated and angry. If you do not let loose your anger then your anger will start controlling and you will become a slave to your anger. Thus you should always keep your anger under control for your own benefit as well as of others.
