In India, cooking style varies from North to South, it also differs from state to state. Based on Indian climate food style varies from place to place. The Indian dinning etiquette is unique from other countries. People in India loves to eat with their hands which shows their tradition it also evokes emotions and passion. Eating with fingers helps in bringing forth digestive juices in stomach. It is helps to know the temperature of the food before the food hits the mouth, it is to prevent the blisters due to consumption of hot food. Usually they will sit on floor or on the very low stool and they will eat. They will eat in the banana leaf which is considered to be healthy and also adds taste to the food. They will sprinkle water on the leave which shows the act of purification.
