Cranberry-Apple Cider Punch

Ingredients:

4 cups apple cider, chilled

2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled

2 cups ginger ale, chilled

1 can (12oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate

apple slices & orange slices for garnish

frozen cranberries (optional for garnishing)

rosemary cranberry sprig (for individual garnishing )

Method:

In a container, combine cider, juice, and orange juice concentrate. Then you refrigerate the the combination till before serving time. Just before serving it into the bowls add chilled ginger ale. Also garnish it with frozen cranberries, apple & orange slices. And chill out!

Iced Mint Protein Mochas.

Ingredients:

1 cup chilled coffee

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)

1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon raw honey

5 drops of stevia (optional)

5-6 mint leaves

extra mint leaves (for garnishing)

1 cup of ice cubes

Method:

Place all ingredients (leaving aside the garnishing mint leaves and ice cubes to be added at last) in a blender and blend until well blended. Make sure that their are no additional chunky mint leaves remaining in the blend.

Arrange for ice into two cups, pour the mocha mixture into the cups, and at last just before serving garnish it with mint leaves. You can use cute straws, also for fun.

Caramel Apple Pie Mocktail

Ingredients:

6 cups apple cider

1/2 cup caramel syrup

3 cups sparkling water

2 tsp cinnamon

2 apples

Rosemary sprigs (around 6)

Golden brown sugar for rimming

Method:

In a mixer, mix well the apple cider with the caramel syrup and added cinnamon.

Cut the apples into thin slices and slowly add them to the mixer. Now add the rosemary sprigs in it and then keep it aside for 20 minutes.

After the 20 minutes have passed, pour the sparkling water into the mixer and mix it well. Now grab your glasses and rim them with the golden brown sugar.

At last pour the caramel apple pie mocktail into the glasses and your mocktail is ready to be devoured.

Rosemary Citrus Spritzer

Ingredients :

2 lemons

2 oranges

4 (4-inch) sprigs fresh rosemary

3/4 cups sugar

1/4 cup honey

Ice

Soda water

Rosemary and lemon for garnish (optional)

Method:

Peel offstrips of zest from 1 lemon. Now juice the lemons and oranges togetherinto a liquid measuring cup ‚you should have about 1 cup of juice, then your combination will be perfect.

You can mix a little bit water if you want and make it 1 cup. Now add the zest, juice, rosemary, sugar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for nearly 1 minute, stirring constantly just to dissolve the sugars, to get the perfect taste.

Now remove it from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. To serve, fill the glass halfway with ice cubes, then add 2-3 tablespoons syrup, fill it with soda water, and stir. At last garnish it with rosemary sprigs and/or lemon slices, as per your choice/desire.
