Who Is India's Greatest Captain?

Whenever this topic arises, there is always a debate between the two biggest faces of Indian Cricket. Is it Ranchi's Mahendra Singh Dhoni or Bengal's Mahendra Singh Dhoni? A big question stands there. True.

Absolutely true that both a great cricketers and they served the country to their bests. Both of them are nice players and captains too.

Dada

Coming to dada, it can easily be said that he built the cream of Indian Cricket, which the present Indian team is enjoying. India were not favorites for a long time till they gave a tough fight in 2003 world cup under Dada's captaincy. Thereafter they became the favorites. Even the one with upon who people do their debate is being chosen by Dada, urf, Sourav Ganguly. He has brought in many great players without whom Dhoni could not win the world cup. But the controversy arises when the publics count the number of trophies given to the country by them. Ganguly lags behind in this case.

Mahi

He is ahead of dada in trophy count. He has many ICC trophies with 2 world cups and ICC Champions trophy. Many fans claim that Dhoni could never win these without the team which is actually chosen by Dada but is it really the truth that Dhoni's captaincy was nowhere needed to win the trophies. Then there always remains a topic that if Ganguly brought this team then why couldn't he win cups with these players? One can easily say that Ganguly was a very good selector but not a very good leader. M.S. Dhoni has terrific leadership skills and his presence in the field does a lot of work giving confidence to several players. He is too good a captain and a very lucky one.

But the thing is ~ this controversy will never come to an end as there is no answer to the question :"Who is the greatest captain of India?"......this question will remain unanswered for years until we find someone invincible, someone who creates history, creates more records and performs some miracles. Both the captains hold very good records and are very good players in need. Sourav Ganguly is praised since he came in and brought the Indian Cricket Team into light when it was a dark phase going on for India & MSD is praised since he satisfied the publics with trophies. Both are legends and players rather captains to be remembered. India is very very lucky to get two pearls like them.
