Hello Guys, so welcome to my space. Today i am gonna share some great idea of making a protiein shake at home; So without wasting much time lets begin with the shake talks.

So here is my personal favourite one i.e. The eggie banana so all you gonna need is
500ml Milk, 1/2 cups of oats, 3 packets of coffee or bornvita (as per according to your taste), 1 banana, 5 egg whites , 1 spoon o

f peenut butter and sugar as per acording to your taste. So my dear fitness freak just mix these until it turns into a shake type of drink and after that just pour and drink. I would prefer this drink to you after 10-15 minutes of workout. The above drink contain 50g of protein and the quantity of protein that is required by your body is dounble to your weight. Just without wasting much difference just make it and try for a week and tell me the result

Now guys i am gonna share the recipe of Mass gainer. Sometimes we just mistakely buys a whey protein but we have tobuy mass gainer; so in that case no need to worry just follow these steps

1.25 spoon of peanut butter, 1 scoop of whey protein, 50g of oats, 2 banana, 300ml milk and some sugar as per according to your taste now just blend them together untill the shake is been fully prepared to drink personally i would prefer this to be drunk after 10 to 20 minutes of workout. What are you waiting for just go and enjoy the gainer shake. For the maximum output drink one week regular.
