Well tell me who are your dearest people in this world after family?

Peer group right

Then how they became our friends why these certain people why not all, was that our hobbies and interests only which made us friends?

Let’s find out

What is a group?

Indeed it’s a collection of individuals but what other than that?

These individuals interact things right?

Why people form groups then because at first to fulfill their needs either physical or psychological.

Then how they are made and come into existence at that very certain place?

Because of the location proximity?

No, not only that but because of various other matters which are common to each individual in the group.

Well then every group stays always happy?

No, they always face some kind of anger towards certain things or individuals and because of this some kind of possibility of storming in the group is there.

A group’s structure has some basic elements like roles and understanding between individuals without which a group cannot even move a single step forward because just imagine if in your peer group your friends can interchange responsibility with each other’s then who would like fulfill the same of their own all the individuals always try put their responsibilities on each other and thus group will never form

A group always stick together while all the individual play their own roles.

There are many types of groups.

But the mains are primary and secondary because primary are those which are close to an individual and at the same time individual interact directly to the members of this group like family and friends.

Secondary are those in which indirectly commination takes place for example communities etc.

Then what kind of behaviors an individual can show while in group.

Either he/ she can perform alone in front of others or as a part of that group.

Well let’s assess these two situations.

In the first one arousal happens and motivate an individual to perform in a good way addition to this assessment of an individual happens which focuses the credit of the performance to a single individual.

In second scenario same assessment technique happens but not of an individual only but of group the credit will always go to the group and not a individual where there is plus point in this scenario too because an individual will not work at all sometimes and still gets the credit.
