Unemployment In India

"Unemployment or joblessness is defined as asituation in which able-bodied people who are looking for a job cannot find a job. The causes of unemployment are heavily debated."

Causes of unemployment:-

1.Lack of proper education:-

Indian education system is more based on mugging up of facts and figure rather than emphasizing on practical and skills.Due to our faulty professional education system,we are not able to generate employed youth.

Many people in India still are away from education.It is considered as a privilege for many.This lack of reach of education even being a fundamental right in itself,is also a major cause of unemployment.

2.Lack of investors in public and private sector:-

Jobs come from investment by big wealthy people into some industries.Labour class and middle class sector gets job in these industries but the lack of investors also led to unemployment for many poor people.

3.Population:-

This is the major factor responsible for unemployment.The increasing population is not able to cope up with the challenge of less opportunities and resources available.We are still unable to develop a system or management that can make everyone's need for employment satisfied.

4.Corruption:-

Corruption lead to discrimination in getting job among deserving and non deserving.The deserving usually misses wonderful opportunities due to the prevalent and corruption that is very common nowadays.So it's also responsible for employment in our country.

5.Unstable governments:-

Government make a policy but until it gets completely implemented ,the new govt. comes into power and the policies made by the previous governments are not even taken into consideration or taken care of.

One of the major reasons of the unemployment is also the regular changing of governments and different contemporarypolitical parties with different ideologies and vision coming into power .
