In today's contemporary world,even a nursery grade kid takes stress because of certain reasons.We are drilled towards a flexible environment that we have lost patience.We demand quick work and become restless quickly.It's not our desire to take stress.It happens because of fear of judgement, society pressure , overthinking and not exercising."All work and no play makes jack a dull boy".According to the fatigue study conducted by Fayol ,our body demands rest after continuous work.We need to strike out a balance between our mind,body and soul.So one should engage in a physical activity daily for atleast one hour. Similarly we need to ponder over the fact that smartphones are also a leading cause of stress.The waves that smartphones produce are toxic for our body still we are addicted to it.Life expectancy ratio has decreased over the past few years because of increase in stress which results in hypertension,high blood pressure and depression.So the main question that comes to our mind is how to deal with stress.Well the answer lies within ourselves.We don't have to take things seriously everytime a person says something bad about us.We must listen that does not mean that what they say is 100% accurate.We should have self believe and not overthink what our brain is saying.You should be accountable for what you do in life because of your actions.We should have our own opinion rather than sticking to the social stigma.Rise from the ocean of prejudices and be the game changer dolphin.Because you might be right and there is nothing wrong in standing out and voicing your opinion.Listen to your first call of consciousness while taking a decision."Too many cooks spoil the broth". Similarly don't take too many advices from people who are not even experts in that field.Be bold and confident whatever you do.Don't have the fear of judgement,the subtle art of not giving a damn about what people say /interpret .You should be rational enough to speak sense in front of everyone.Be your own motivation because you are your biggest inspiration.You have your own USP and everyone is unique in his or her own ways.Laugh as much as you can through cracking jokes,watching standup comedies because"laughter is the best medicine".In the end ,I would like to conclude by saying that accept things because life is dynamic ,you are not perfect,once you fail in life that's the time you actually get up and get to face the real world outside .
