Due to summer, heat takes away glucose, salt, minerals, vitamins in form of sweat from our body. Which makes us feel tired and as a result we need instant energy. Then you look for a drink which gives you instant energy likes soft drinks, glucose and other things.

Excess of everything is bad as we already know that these products makes us addicted of them after regular and repeated use or consumption. And these is how soft drinks become soft killer.

We can be too tired and can have 150-200 ml but we shouldn'tbe addicted of it.Nowadays the word diet drink is becoming popular. The trend of having these beverages increased as it introduction of Diet versions ans seems us to be more healthy for our health as they dont have added sugar which can keep a check on the weight factor. Teenagers and women especially, have been reported to consume this diet product ever more than before as this age group people are more fitness conscious.But in reality these drinks are more harmful than the ones with sugar.

A glass of cold water can be less attractive but is much healthier and better choice in terms of survival. As we already know that prevention is better then cure.

Reproduction problems:

Regular consumption of soft drinks lead to irregular periods or Reproduction problems.

Kidney Failures:

Such drink have more problem of kidney stone and other problems.

Increases acidity Teeth and Bone Damage:

The pH level of Coke or Pepsi is 3.2 which are quite high. Ehich makes these drinks acidic in nature and for this reason yhis drinks can also dissolve bones and enamels very quickly.

Disturbs chemicals which are released by brain :

A glass of warm water can speed up the metabolic rate of brain but it may taste very awful after a full day workout . And Coke can is surely tasty but it really decreases the metabolism and helps in destroying the fat burning enzymes . Thus a can of either Diet Coke or simple Coca Cola after a workout or busy day is strictly not advisable.

Increases Obesity :

According to Ayurveda though sugar is necessary for the body as it produce kapha which makes ourbone strong. But excess use of sugar leads to various problems. Obesity is one of them.

Obesity is the root of many diseases that affect heart, lungs, and kidneys and can also cqn generate cancerous cell in our body.

Effect on Brain/Memory:

Soda/soft drink contains artificial sweeteners like high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) that sweetens more as compared to ordinary sugar.And as is sweeten six times more then normal sugars and as its is cheaper than sugar for this reason its is used more in soft drinks making processes . Scientists said that high amounts of HFCS disturbs the insulin activity in our brain which maintain the sugar for energy process.

Brain cells were not able to properly signal each other in order to rectify thoughts whuch effects our brain and memory cells.

WE CAN SURELY ENJOY THE TASTES OF SOFT DRINKS BUT NEVER BE ADDICTED TO ITS TASTE...
