But think it this way : what if you have money for everything but your health is in worst condition and due to it you stay grumpy and your life unfolds in hospital bed. will you call it a good life? Probably not! So the point is HEALTH IS THE REAL WEALTH.
We all believe that for good health we have to go for walk, jym, exercises, yoga etc. Partially its true but do you know that in most of the cases it's about good food. A healthy food keeps the body in balance.
