Anger is increasingly becoming a common emotion in both the home and the work sphere due to the fast-paced and demanding lifestyle. It may happen suddenly that anger sprouts out of you in random bouts where in you suprise not only the people around you, but also yourself. But worry not, dear reader, for here are a few guidelines which might just guide you a step away from anger-

  1. Breathe. No actually, take three deep breaths and tell yourself all will be fine, if not immediately but gradually things will fall into place. Why beat one's head up over smething which will probably seem irrelevant in the future?

  2. Acceptance. Accept imperfections of life, relationships, systems. Understand no one is perfect, not even yourself. So give everyone, including yourself another chance to prove their worth

U3. Understand the thought process behind what got you angry in the first place. This helps in gathering a deeper understanding of the self, which is enlightening and liberating.

Meditate. A little, and everyday. Not only will it help you calm down after a tiring day, it will also lend some perspective to review one's thoughts in silence.

Extend your hands palm down and place them gently in your lap. Make sure your elbows are naturally back by your sides. Relax your shoulders so the muscles around them are neither tight nor tense. Breathe deeply in through your nose and exhale through your mouth to help your body relax into this position. Close your eyelids lightly and continue breathing deeply. When using self-control time as a regular part of the day, it should last approximately three minutes.

Anger is volantary self harm. Do not waste your precious moments for life will otherwise go screaming by.
