The notification pops up. The reminder you had set on your phone tells you , this work is to be done , that work is left and the other one is the most important, needs to be done immediately before you do anything else.

Uhhhhhh what a hectic day!
So much work left and nothing is done and there goes boooom!

Whenever you think that the other person is responsible for your tension, examine your own behaviour and attitude. Your mental strain will be great when you fail to prove your point. You can overcome this situation by clear understanding.

When you are emotionally dependent on other persons, you want them to fall in line with the way of your thinking. There is no justification in disturbing your mind when the behaviour of the other person is unpleasant. To overcome this situation just forgive and forget.

Be wise about your ambition. Be satisfied with what you are and what you have. This does not mean that you should not endeavour for growth and success.

Do remember that to maintain superiority and status, you would invariably suffer from stress and station. That when you need relaxed and peaceful atmosphere to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Another aspect that provokes stress and strain is trying to do too many things. Usually you think you cannot refuse your close relatives and friends. Unless you realize your own comfort zone , trying to please people will result in stress and strain because you push yourself beyond a point , you will end up in disappointment. This also means distinguishing the important from the unimportant. This is essential as otherwise we might use up all our time in 'not so important’ activities in end up spending most of our valuable time in doing things that are useless and be left with almost no time in hand for the most important thing.

This can add up to our stress and anxiety and reduce whatever little chance of completing the work we had. Also it is not possible to do a complicated thing entirely at stretch. Never mind it's not bad to wait, not bad to delay things, not bad to do things one at a time. Therefore you should learn to divide long dull and complicated subjects into convenient parts.

Do your work well, take things easy , appreciate other person's point of view avoid rushing through any activity and be sure to be free from stress and strain.
