Well, if you are a GoT fan you must be familiar with the tag line " winter has come" . They have every reason to be worried about as that winter was going to be the longest in a thousand years with the march of the dead to accompany with it.

Here nobody warned about the scorching heat of this season. Many meteorologists had a guess after the unusual cold in the year. It is true that the weather has become more extreme and less predictable. No one else but we are to blame for this mishap. Reduced forest cover and global warming have done their lot to intensify the heat for us.

If we are to survive the heat we need to outdo its action. And how can we do that? By following the below mentioned things you can bring the sun to a tolerable point:

1. Drink a lot of water

Your body gets easily dehydrated in the summer due to excessive sweating. To keep up the water level in the body you need to fill up the water in the body. Add a litre or two extra water to your daily dose of water. Dehydration can lead to severe consequences like fainting, headache etc.

2. Opt for water rich food items

Apart from drinking water we must also select water rich food items. Fruits are the best in this place. Buying fruits always opt for local and seasonal fruits. This will have a high nutrient intake and also lowers the stress the fruit diet puts on your purse

3. Stay out of the heat in peak hours

Its always better to stay out of the heat in the peak hours ( morning 10 to evening 5). If you can't avoid going out try to limit the duration of exposure to heat as much as possible. This has to be followed as the instances of sunburn are increasing day by day in the country.

4. Choose your dress carefully

Wrong choice of dress can accentuate the discomfort you have in the heat . So make sure you opt for loose and light coloured cotton dresses

5. Limit your exercise

You must be on your way to achieve some fitness goal. But this summer you have to go easy on yourself. The more rigorous you work out, more will be the heat generated by the body. So opt for lighter exercises. Take breaks in between the workout sessions to cool yourself.

These are very simple steps yet always ignored by the people in summer. Follow these and help others follow. Together let's beat this summer....🤗
