Though different people have different tastes, so does chocolate. They are three prominent ones, the milk chocolate, the dark chocolate and the white chocolate. They look similar but are widely contrasting from each other in accordance to flavor. There’s the milk chocolate, that’s really sweet, the dark one that’s slightly bitter and the white one which doesn’t contain cacao solids at all. For this reason, in some countries they do not consider white chocolate to be a chocolate at all. The ruby chocolate is the latest addition made to the list by Barry Callebaut in 2017. It gets its name from 'ruby cocoa beans' , out of which it is made of and tends to taste both sweet and sour.

Though many people consider that eating chocolate could lead to health risks but let me tell you they’re many benefits that are backed up by science. Dark chocolate is considered to be a very good source of antioxidants and is said to reduce any cardiovascular diseases. Researchers over the years have found that it could also bring a decline in your cholesterol levels and also improve the flow of blood throughout the required brain parts. Eating chocolate can elevate your mood too, as it said to contain a chemical called serotonin, which makes you feel pleasant and good.

As the times flies by, the competition among these chocolate companies to please their customers have increased too. We’ve got some of everyone’s favorite like Snickers, Hershey’s bar, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Ferrero and Kit Kat. Though these all are of different brands, the love for chocolate is one and the same. Chocolate is like an addiction, with its sweet smell which is quite welcoming to the tummy and scrumptious to the palette.
