Weak institutions, bad governance.

Alas, we cannot deny the facts which happen according to situations and the human behaviour!

Introduction:

In 2015, I was working in "Turiya." It was a start up organisation. It was related to the land and the houses associated respectively.

They hired me - I was hired. Days has passed, and the weeks; I was getting bored. I've asked him permission a couple of times to go home early, before the office time.

The employer partners, Mr. Vamshi and Mr. Arun had communication gap or no proper verbiage. Because, for the first time they were leading! With time and the days many members have joined and were working in different sections of the organisation. I was into customer service and documentation whereas others were into AUTOCAD.

One head was arranged for AutoCAD section and in the end I was told that he was the culprit, was the one who was unaware and failed to lead AutoCAD. Hence, he was fired.

Now, in one month the documents of the customers or clients; 'whoever', was to be uploaded and none of the things were done - at it's place.

As the last date was announced as 31st of December, the government website was busiest in the noon but was active in the nights.

The staff or employees were sitting idle. We've enjoyed, somedays, some time, and things were about to over. The employers were never on time and the office was never opened in time in the month of January.

By now, everyone was tired. And the things were about to shut by the month end. For the first time, I've been to "Restaurant", with all my colleagues. It was great. I enjoyed! And then the shut down has begun.

No proper leadership, and awareness. The things haven't supported them anytime. Especially the government website.

It is not always weak institutions, sometimes, bad governance make institutions week.

Perhaps, the host had vice - versa experience and hence the title of the essay competition.
Now, I'm working in a school. Golden Dream Children School Malwara 343039. It's been four months and I've seen and experienced lot of melodramas which are/ were far greater than the acting of actors.

It was the finest and the well wound story or stories. There is a principal, an administrative officer, and principal's brother.

Principle was and is always helpless. Administrative officer was helpful to principal's brother. And he, the administration officer wanted to have/get the school.

The game continues.

Targetting each other for silly reasons. I was the mediator listening to both of them. Sometimes, sources were original and were duplicate couple of times. Still the four months passed. Everyone has done their time pass. But the students have never learned. Even in previous years, they have spent the time just like that.

And in middle of these, I'm not sure what my situation is and how my behaviour should be.

And the principal here is more alike "Mohammed bin tughlaq." He is unaware of distribution of powers. He changes his decisions every now and then.

These things may seem silly but it's been my four months here.

Of course, I've begun writing essays here and always had nice time with teaching experience and the colleagues.

Sticking to the topic; the administration officer was behind the school because he had run it previously and now, he badly need power. He's psycho about the power.

And I've really learned the powerless, useless and shameless principal. I'd like to mention about my family as well. What should I say???

Just, the decades have passed.

I wish to have a family where nothing will be under my control and everything will be. I'd never want to control my family members. Relationship is not something we impose. Almost a decade ago I've written a poem "woman like sand" .i.e. we should not force rather with will everyone should be living, especially man and wife should be selfless.

When things happen without force then the mind flies above horizons. Where the sky and earth meet then meets the soul.

Similar behaviour should happen in an organisation. The word governance comes into picture when we'd be dealing with unknown clients and the subjects.

But the organisations I was into, made my own personal rules or they've set a few; say time, which I've followed and remaining they've followed.

Wherever I've worked, I've given my complete potential.

I'd say that the people who give their potential in their organisation (provided the organisations give the same respect and regards to their employees) the things would go hand in hand.

Weak institutions, bad governance?

What is weak and what is bad. They're negative words. I guess the thinking of the host is negative.

There's nothing called weak. If there's nothing weak or suppressive how the so called "America" is the supreme power. How the rich are rich? How the poor are poor.

"Weak institutions"??? Because of them the world is running. "Bad governance"; helps the world to learn, understand and improve!

They're something which everyone remember.

Speaking about myself:

I've done my engineering for seven years. I worked in BPO and now I'm a teacher. Apart from that, I'm a published author, photographer, my sketches are published and my essays too.

I've always maintained decipline in my life but tried not to follow any rules apart from my rules.
[06/12, 7:08 PM] Pvpd Sri Harsha: In every organisation, if anyone has objected me, I've responded with all my courage and strength.

At the time of work, I've received rewards as well.

My dad has never scolded me or asked me to get first rank (so called) nor my mother did.

Lot of appreciation calls in customer service.
Now, let us discuss about the best institutions (MNCS) having worst governance:

It is politics, their mind plays it always. Everyone in the organisation tries to win the hearts of their team leads, managers, whoever is in the turn to become the next boss!

"This is never called as competition by the way! It's the worst governance. The one who possess the skills, ability, necessary knowledge should be given an opportunity instead the oversmart people get selected."

Hope the host and world is aware of these above mentioned things/concerns/ facts ...
