Oh! Need A Job.. Why Do Not Aspire A Job

What is this:
Its the situation of not getting a job though you are educated and eligible.
It is obvious that the unemployment situation is grim indeed. It has, therefore, to be tackled with appropriate measures and on an urgent basis.

The major causes which have been responsible for the wide spread of unemployment are:

Inadequate Employment Planning:

The employment planning of the government is not adequate in comparison to population growth. In India near about two lakh people are added yearly to our existing population. But the employment opportunities did not increase according to the proportionate rate of population growth.

Defective education:

The day-to-day education is very defective and is confined within the class room only. The present education system is not job oriented, it is degree oriented.

The people who have have received general education are unable to do any work.

Limited land:

Land is the gift of nature. It is always constant and cannot expand like population growth. In rural areas, most of the people depend directly on land for their livelihood. Land is very limited in comparison to population. It creates the unemployment situation for a large number of persons who depend on agriculture in rural areas.

Rapid Population Growth:

It is the leading cause of unemployment in Rural India. It is because the rate of job expansion could never have been as high as population growth would have required.

Most of the resources get used up in private consumption such as food, clothing, shelter and so on in public consumption like drinking water, electricity medical and educational facilities. This has reduced the opportunities of diverting a larger proportion of incomes to saving and investment.

It has created obstacles in the way of first growth of the economy and retarded the growth of job opportunities.

Decline of Cottage Industries:

In Rural India, village or cottage industries are the only means of employment particularly for the landless people. But, now-a-days, these are adversely affected by the industrialisation process. Actually, it is found that they cannot compete with modern factories in matter or production. As a result of which the village industries suffer a serious loss and gradually closing down.

Education is the key to the future: You've heard it a million times, and it's not wrong. Educated people have higher wages and lower unemployment rates, and better-educated countries grow faster and innovate more than other countries. But going to college is not enugh. - Alex Tabarrok

There are many more causes of unemployment. The fact is that people go on blaming others like the government or the society. But the truth is that, people are not updated. They do not have the knowledge of variety of jobs.

The second fact is that the young generation who desire to seek a job, do not make themselves eligible or up to the mark. They are not hardworking. They do not want to do labour. They have got addicted to the technologies.

The third thing is self confidence, which lacks in 80% of the mob.
In order to overcome this,the coming generation has to become responsible.They will have to built up their confidence, their attitude, mind set, and try to work hard.

Being eligible is not only the parameter to receive a job. Personality and ability is also required for it.
