Ever heard that saying “Dreams don’t work unless you do”? This is true because dreaming without a plan of how to make those dreams a reality will get you nowhere, and could leave you feeling frustrated. Planning is crucial for converting your dreams into action. Start your plan of action by setting attainable goals for yourself. Small steps over time will eventually lead you to where you want to be. Dreams will work only when you’ll promise to yourself that you’ll never betray your own dreams, and “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” , for accomplishing your dreams don’t be fake just be real to yourself because if you ever betray yourself you’ll not able to accomplish them.

  • Set up your day the night before:-Sit before the night and plan for the tomorrow, make the suitable time-table and remember, don’t waste your time.

  • Regenerate and keep up your energy:-In the morning eat often to beat tiredness, do some yoga or else some exercise, running, etc,

* Lose weight to gain energy,

* Reduce stress to boost energy,
* Talking therapy beats fatigue,
* Cut out caffeine,
* Drink less alcohol.
