It was 8 am when Reeha woke up, she decided to take a leave from work because Garang needed her the most. She looked at Garang who lay beside, then she carefully covered his face with her soothing hands and read the morning prayer. Meanwhile, there was a knock at the door, Ekshuk had prepared the breakfast.

After the breakfast, Garang and Reeha headed to the hospital for doctor Prakash Mathur’s appointment. The doctor arrived after three hours. Garang and Reeha both hurried to the cabin. But the cabin man stopped them and said, ‘Only the patient is supposed to meet the doctor.’ Reeha stopped at the door itself, Garang moved on. ‘Sit down please’ the nurse politely asked him. The doctor examined him from top to bottom, first with his eyes and then with his instruments. ‘You seem normal, young man, so tell me what’s the problem with you.’ the doctor questioned Garang searching for the answer deep within his eyes. ‘Doctor, I am..you won’t believe me ..but I am dealing with weird things, I saw a dead man staring at me, and then a half woman with blood in her eyes , actually no eyes , and..and..’ Garang continued saying, but the doctor interrupted ‘man with no hands standing at the window’ said the doctor. ‘Yes, exactly..he was, wait…wait…what did you say?’ Garang looked at the doctor super surprised. ‘Nothing, nothing I was telling the nurse to close the window, you, please continue... ’the doctor answered in a different tone. Garang continued ‘please help me, doctor, people think I am mad.’ ‘Don’t you worry, Mr. Garang we will give you the best treatment you ever had, you will be fine.’

The nurse will brief you about the course, and after that, you can collect your medicines from the counter’ saying this the doctor left. The nurse handed over the therapy booklet to Garang and a copy of that to Reeha. ‘So, we will begin with the therapy tomorrow itself, and as per rules you have to remain in the hospital until you are done with the course.’ Reeha nodded while Garang looked uninterested.

While returning home, he said to Reeha, ‘I find the people in the hospital very weird. Patients look like mad people’. ‘Garang, there are many patients, people who are depressed and stressed are admitted in this hospital it doesn’t mean they are mad’ Reeha answered. Garang gave her a wicked smile. Garang’s phone started ringing disrupting their conversation, ‘Hello, Mr. Garang, this was to inform you that you have left your medicines in the hospital. Kindly collect it soon’. The call ended. ‘Driver turns the car to the hospital; I need to collect the medicines. ’ said Garang. Their car reached the hospital again. He asked Reeha to remain in the vehicle as it would take a few minutes to get the medicines. He went to the counter. There was already a man collecting prescriptions. He looked very old, unable even to stand correctly. After he received his medicines, he turned and looked at Garang and softly spoke to him ‘What you do ultimately returns to you’ saying this he went away.
