Netflix released all 10 episodes of Lucifer Season 4, much to the enthusiasm of binge watching devil worshippers across the world. We saw many great things this season, perhaps better than the last three. The last episode of Season 4, "Who's da New King of Hell?", saw Lucifer, Maze, Amenadiel and Eve attempt their best to beat back the powers of Hell before they could use Amenadiel's kid to replace Lucifer as ruler. As our saints (or rather, angel, humans and Devil?) battled valiantly, the evil presences took steps to overpower them and hurt Decker, until Lucifer held onto his title as the King and frightened the underworld swarms once again into Hell.
It was then that the reality of Father Kinley's prediction turned out to be clear: “When the Devil walks the Earth and finds his first love, All evil shall be released”. Even though they hadn't let it be known, Lucifer and Chloe do love one another, and that was sufficient to in a roundabout way release the wickedness of Hell. They figured out how to smother this specific uprising, however as long as the throne in Hell sits empty, Earth would dependably be in danger and the prediction could generally be satisfied. Understanding this, Lucifer said his farewells to Decker and came back to Hell.
We saw Amenadiel and Linda together with baby Charlie, and we realize they expect to raise him on Earth, in spite of the danger from both Heaven and Hell. Probably, that implies the following season will concentrate on the two handling parenthood with heavenly components tossed in. Different characters didn't get ends that were so clear as that, leaving fans to ponder, if/when Season 5 affectation, where will we see everybody?
Eve will be returning for a couple of episodes, probably. Perhaps a new angel sibling will make an appearance? We have currently seen Uriel (S2), Azrael (S3) and Remiel (S4). So, maybe Castiel? Also, now that both Lucy and Decker have confessed their feelings to each other, we can expect that he’ll be back, after finding a loop hole to make sure nothing goes haywire. Though, who are we kidding? Things are bound to go out of the way. Mazikeen dealing with her problems would also be something fans would want to see, because season 4 didn’t do justice to her feelings in a way that she deserved. Overall, there’s much to be expected from the final instalment of Lucifer
