Onilne Education Vs Traditional Schooling

In today's world of growing knowledge and technology, we are consistently working on making each and every work easier and smarter. Certainly through offline education, we can learn a lot more than what is taught to us. These include discipline, Interaction among peers, doubts clarification in a direct way and the atmosphere that imparts seriousness in the student's mind. It is a known fact that people learn a lot by seeing other people or imitating them. Hence offline medium provides a basis for competitive learning and continuous improvement.

Though it has drawbacks with respect to time, distance and physical efforts put into it, these can be overcome with the help of on-line technology that makes you to learn anywhere, anytime and at any place. You just need to subscribe or register and undergo the training provided.

Now if there arises a question on which one of the two is better, then we can analyze both under few categories. The basic education that is the schooling system nurtures the children into right humans and citizens of the country with imparting not just subject knowledge but also values, physical fitness, discipline, personal guidance etc. Hence online learning for kids could be an addition but definitely not a replacement for proper schooling system. Where as for a working employee or a person engaged in various other activities, online training is much more useful than going for an offline one. Again it depends on the choice of the person but the whole idea behind this is to bring out the importance of retaining the traditional learning system and at the same time adopting to the fast moving technology trends wherever necessary without compromising the quality and quantity of the knowledge to be gained.
